What is the Candles N Bubble return policy?
If you need to return an item. You are responsible for all shipping costs to return an item. We accept returns within 10 days from the shipping date, listed on your invoice. Return items in the original packaging.
Any returns will be done for credit with Candles N Bubbles, only.
We do NOT accepts returns on Bath and Body Products or candles that have been used.
What payment options does Candles N Bubbles accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We accept money orders, personal or business checks. Checks are held for 10 days or until they have cleared the bank.
There is a $50.00 return check fee for ALL returned checks. We only submit once.
An invoice will be sent to your email when you place an order. You may then follow the link and pay with credit card or print and mail with payment.
How can I cancel my order?
Your order automatically cancels if we have not received payment in 10 days.
